Description
Summary * Dynamic, results-oriented with over 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with extensive knowledge in the area of Data warehousing and ETL QA in all SDLC layers. * Extensive business knowledge in the domains of Retail E-Commerce and Health Insurance. * Expertise in ETL using Informatica, Data Warehouse & BI Reports testing [Crystal Reports, Workflows, Batches and Interfaces etc.]. * Strong experience in writing SQL queries in Oracle, MS SQL & Netezza Databases. * Proficient Knowledge in executing Unix Commands * Basic Knowledge in triggering the workflows to test the batch jobs and interface extract files through Informatica and MS SSIS. * Involved in preparation of System Appreciation Documents, Defect Reports, Weekly Status Reports, Checklists, Job Aids, Test Readiness Review Documents and Test Summary/findings Reports. * Experience in Data Analysis, Test Data fabrication, Data Validation, Data Verification and identifying Data Mismatch. * Extensive experience in reviewing Business Requirements, Functional Requirement and ORM Documents. * Expertise in contributing to Test Strategy, defining Test scenarios, developing and maintaining Test Scripts and closure documentation. * Well versed with QA Best Practices and Experience in Smoke, Functional, System Integration, Acceptance and Regression Testing. * Experience in working with Test/Defect management Tools such as ALM, JIRA etc. * Strong understanding of the Waterfall, Agile/Scrum Software Development Life Cycle * Sound Knowledge on Facets Data Models. Proficient Knowledge with Member, Claims and Billing Functionalities and Enterprise Scheduling Tool like TIDAL. * Proficient knowledge with Selenium with TestNG, Python Test Harness and ALM Administration. * Proficient knowledge with Continues Integration Continues Development (CICD) process. * Excellent communication, client management skills and coordination with business/dev/vendor teams. * Excellent Team Player and Highly Customer Oriented. Quick learner to new technologies.
