SUMMARY Extensive experience in project controls within the engineering and construction industry on industrial and commercial projects. Responsibilities consist of cost engineering, planning and scheduling, estimating, and subcontract administration on both "Upstream" and "Downstream" projects. In depth experience with refinery and process plants, chemical plants, LNG's, pipelines and offshore production structures. Expertise includes scope definition, work breakdown structures, risk planning, cost analysis, budget management, project planning, project scheduling, resource planning and management, change management, methodology development and application support. Capable of performing project controls functions in a home office engineering capacity and/or a field construction assignment. A qualified Subject Matter Expert in either the EPC environment or as a Client representative.
