With following responsibilities Manage a self directing multi-functional team to efficiently fill and pack dairy products to meet internal customer requirement within management preference parameters ensuring adherence to defined Product Specifications Quality and Safety Standard. * Planning and handling of daily shift activities to achieve targets within the agreed budget. * Process optimization and Control of loss in Process and Resources -Planning Control and Management. Ensuring all duties is carried out in accordance with SOP (standard operating procedures) specified in the Quality System. Review and update of SOP based on Quality audits and new developments. Undertake investigations Quality awareness and training programs to support continual improvement with department objectives. Conducting ISO22000 audits and GMP audits. * Trouble-shooting of day to day production related problems and implementing suitable corrective and preventive methods to the system to prevent future non -Compliances. * Liaising and coordination with Engineering and Automation Managers on preventive maintenance activities and solving day to day operational issues. Familiar with SAP system. * Promote Hygiene & housekeeping in working area. * Smooth and safe operation in all areas of the department by developing and maintaining the skill level and safety standard within the department.
