Default Management Career Highlights * Led the Herzing University - Brookfield campus as the President and leader of all facets including management of academics, admissions, financial aid, employment services and student services for two years, with full budget and P&L responsibility, and adding almost $1 million to the bottom line within that time by increasing enrollment and revenue and decreasing expenses. * Conducted accreditation campus preparation visits in support of a successful 10-year comprehensive re-affirmation accreditation visit. * Launched new partnership driven strategic initiative, added 25 new partners in first year of program launch. * Built a centralized compliance and financial services support team to ensure university compliance and efficiency within key administrative areas. * Led a full system implementation of a new student information system and conducted all of the organizational administrative training. * Contributed, as a member of the leadership team, to the Herzing University online division growth from 80 to over 3500 students. * Earned multiple promotions due to proven success and consistently exceeding goals.
