SUMMARY / HOT SKILLS * 10+ years of testing using testing methodologies encompassing SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall and Extreme Programming. * 10+ years experience in writing test cases and test plans * 10+ years experience in converting user requirements from functional requirements specifications to build the testing life cycle * 10+ years experience in manual testing, including writing and executing test scripts and developing and delivering testing results, progress and metrics, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training * 5+ years' experience in Documented and disseminated functional specifications in support of the requirements documents using Visio * 5+ years' experience in Business Analysis capacity * 5+ years' experience in Internet Content development and client retention * Extensive experience of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), * Ability to rapidly adapt and contribute to the success of the team * 5+ years experience in working with distributed (offshore) teams * Responsible for execution of functional, regression, ad-hoc, system, integration, usability, and performance testing * Proficient in using Quality Center and Compuware Test Director, Bugzilla and JIRA to manage test reporting, defect resolution, results analysis and metrics * Experienced in testing web-based, and client-server software across various industries * Ability to work under pressure, Dedication and hard work towards achieving the objectives * Experience in working within ISO 9000 standards * Preparing and documenting test strategy, test plan, test scripts and conduct reviews with the team members * Experience testing in and using .Net, ASP, IIS, SQL, XML, Linux, Windows, SharePoint, Compuware QA Director, Quality Center, Quick Test Pro (QTP), Provenir, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Visio, PowerPoint * Currently pursuing QA and Six Sigma Certifications * Bilingual (Spanish)
