SUMMARY * 5 years of experience in IT field as an IS System Analyst and Network Administrator. * Experience in designing, configuring and troubleshooting windows server active directory administration (AD, DNS, ADS, DHCP). * Assistance provided with the migration of large number of servers windows 2003 servers (x86) to windows 2008 servers and windows 2012 servers. * Experience with Microsoft software tools like Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MODP), Application Virtualization (App-V), Microsoft Enterprise Desktop Virtualization (MED-V), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT). * Experience with installing and managing the Microsoft patch updates using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Windows Deployment Service (WDS) and Group Policies (GPO). * Experience with installing, configuring and managing FTP and IIS 6/7/8 Web servers. * Experience with installing SAN and NAS storage on the Windows servers related to Netapp and EMC storage technologies. * Support for all Microsoft OS and applications (Server 2000, 2003, XP Professional and MS Office applications). * Experience with installing and managing Citrix XenApp servers and VMware servers. * Proficient with TCP/IP and relative OSI models. * Implementation, working analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN/WAN architecture with excellent work experience on IP series. * Analyze, log, track and complex software and hardware matters of significance pertaining to networking connectivity issues, printer, server, and application on daily basis.
