- 8 days every two months from 2000-2015 which included developing the curriculum presenting the information and describing all facets of the Program and the Availability which included the training of new production supervisors Zone Managers Assistant Project Superintendents Deputy Project Superintendents and Project Superintendents. This training included the process of work identification starting with the 2-kilo/JCN/WN from the customer (Ship's Force) "cradle to grave" including Advanced Planning by engineering identification and procurement of Long Lead Time Material (LLTM) and how this material is identified as LLTM resource management quality assurance scheduling adherence and conflicts pitfalls of resource management and scheduling financial comprehension from the task level to the entire project management/program management level security and safety requirements and why they are in place customer relations with all parties including but not limited to Ship's Force RMCs NAVSEA SURFLANT AIRLANT NSWCCD MS/MO contractors and subcontractors.
