Responsibilities
As the director of this organization in the Battle Creek area, I have not only strengthened the employment services portion of refugee placement, but also now facilitate the arrival of refugees to the area and all functions within. This office, had I not been hired, most likely would have been closed this year. As it stands, not only has it been growing and developing, but will receive designation from coroporate and the gov't for arrivals of more refugee groups from around the world.
