My Career Objective is to compete with myself and grow to my full potential in my journey towards achieving the organisation's targets. To outdo my own performance each time I take the responsibility of driving a new product\project summarizes my attitude. After having a versatile software development background I have moved to leadership and management roles where I have been driving the development of products/projects. I plan to take up some course this year to enhance my leadership and management skills. Also, I am preparing for Scrum Master certification.
