PROFILE: SAP Consultant with 25 years of broad IT experience implementing, integrating, supporting and upgrading Business Systems in SAP, legacy, and mixed environments for both Commercial and Federal clients. * 12 years working with SAP full life-cycle implementations, upgrades, and Production Support environments * Workstream team lead for multiple full lifecycle implementations and upgrades: ECC6, R/3-to-ECC, BI7, BW3.5-to-BI7 * Multiple phased implementations through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for various RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions/Enhancements, and Forms) * Multi-Client experience with SAP Security Administration and Configuration: o Users, Roles, Profiles, Authorization Objects, Single-Sign-On in these environments: ECC, BW, EWM/MM/WM, Business Objects, GRC, and NetWeaver Portal. o Liaison to developers to ensure secure ABAP development (Authorization Checks, Custom Transactions, Custom Authorization Objects, and Called Transactions) o Security Administrator for test environments - setup of all test IDs and needed roles to support secure role-based testing of workstream RICEF objects. o Segregation of Duties (SoD) experience with modifications to custom Transaction Codes, Called Transactions, ABAP authorization checks, and coordination with GRC findings for SoD. * Business Analyst & Configurator experience with CRM/Marketing Sales and Distribution (SD) Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse (BI/BW) ABAP Queries & XI/PI (Interfaces) * Master Data Steward for Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) and Human Resources/Human Capital Management (HR) * Experience with various development/implementation methodologies and concepts: SAP's ASAP, "ADM" (Accenture Development Methodology), Waterfall, As-Is/To-Be, Scoping, Blueprinting, RICEF, SDLC, Workstreams, Cutover, Go-Live, Experienced with managing the RICEF Traceability Matrix through the SDLC phases of Testing, and Cutover and Go-live/post-go-live * Management of a master end user list (MEUL) for testing environments and also production go-live * Cutover Leadership experience for a workstream * Creation and management of "Transports" (Change Requests) from development to Unit Testing to Integration Testing and on to Production/Go-Live * Creation of Documentation for Requirements Gathering and Triage and also the "As-Is" and "To-Be" process flow documentation. Complementary Items for SAP environments * Strong Mastery of the English language, communication/writing/documentation skills * MS Excel mastery of advanced techniques: (formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, CSV, string searches, filtering, etc) * Solid experience utilizing Database concepts (data schemas writing & executing queries and views SQL syntax and famiarization with db environments such as Oracle, MS SQL, & MS Access
