To work in a Division I system as a Men's Basketball Coach by utilizing my extensive coaching and recruiting experiences as well as life experiences to enhance and enable my personal lifetime goal of enriching the lives of young men in the pursuit of their dreams, regardless of the obstacles of which may be presented to them to make a contribution to the university of which I am employed as being recognized as a leading institution of higher learning by producing individuals who are able to contribute to society as a whole with the intent to pass on to future generations to come, with the end result of exhibition of excellence in the individual as well as exhibition of excellence for the institution.
