Summary of Qualifications: * Over 14 years of management experience in a government social services agency serving children, seniors, homeless, and individuals living with a disability * Over 9 years performing in an executive leadership role in Adult Services and Children's Services two separate Divisions of the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) agency * Knowledge of administrative processes in complex organizations * Experience working directly with Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans (IEHP and Molina) on the implementation of the Coordinated Care Initiative through Medi-Cal in Riverside County, including expanding the roles and responsibilities for IHSS social workers and direct liaison with key health plan staff * Experience in meeting various State and Federal requirements that govern social services and health care programs including: DSS, DHCS, HUD, CMS * Experience in developing and working with multi-disciplinary and inter-professional groups that include multiple government, community and manage care partners * Experience as a trainer and presenter in both an academic and business environment
