Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Controls, Process, and Lean Manufacturing Systems Design, Development, Commissioning and Optimization. * Purpose Built Machinery Design, Development, and Automation for Manufacturing, Assembly, Packaging and Test. Design Specification to Installation and Commissioning, IQ/OQ/PQ (Process/Performance Optimization) in the Medical, Semiconductor, Aerospace, and Plastics Industries. Focus on LEAN. * Medical Systems - Power Distribution/Power Electronics Design/Build. IEC 60601, V&V, FDA 510 (k). * Power Distribution and Control Cable Design - Routing, Voltage Drop, and Arc Flash Calculations. * Control Systems Design including Multi-motor VFD controls, Power Electronics, and Motor Control Panels, PLCs, ISO-13849-1 Safety, SCCA, Cable/Harness Design for Power Distribution, Communication, and Robotic Control in compliance with the NEC, NFPA 79, UL 508A and CE for commercial, industrial, data center, clean room, and explosive environments using Promis*e, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks Electrical. * Lean Manufacturing Process/Line Development and Improvement. Workstation, Jig, Fixture, and Tooling Design for Work Holding, Assembly, Test, Gauging, and Single Minute Change-over. * DFM, Reliability (w/Mil-217), Safety, and Quality Engineering in Design & Process FMECA. * Tooling and process design and testing for electrical/electronic and mechanical reliability.
