I have committed passions in project management and commercial real estate development, and while I am at the onset of my career, am actively doing all I can to apply my passions and background to a career in property management. I found this role at AppleOne, and the location and direction of the area this project is in really resonates with me. I graduated with a Masters of Science degree from Columbia University in 2016 where I intensely focused real estate development, and studied in numerous courses spanning from real estate finance, to commercial and residential development project management. To this end, I have been given first-hand experience in the field which has given me access to architects, developers, regulators, and construction managers and their thoughts and motivations. I have applied my skills pertaining to real estate and planning to achieve and surpass all objectives put before me. At AKRF Inc., I was responsible for interacting with clients and delivering analysis and presentations relating to development projects. This position demanded a rigorous understanding of the Real Estate process and required teaming with specialists from many backgrounds and being able to coordinate projects with all of them. Before that, I was hired as a Real Estate Planning and Development Consultant for two firms in New York and as a finance intern for the largest housing development agency in New York City. I think residential development oriented toward commercial centers has an exciting future, and I would be thrilled to partner with AppleOne to be a part of this growth.
