SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: Conduct fieldwork, generate electrical punch list and review DSA comments including LBUSD and LAUSD compliance. City plan check correction in accordance with NEC code. Coordinate MEP and utility issues in reference with the project. Complete design of fire alarm, data, signal, public address, emergency call, intrusion detection and CATV system. Evaluate light, power, control, and communication system for new and remodel projects. Investigate research and analyze in energy conservation. Review, check, and mark-up drawings from time to time. Prepare lighting manufacturer's cut sheets, photometric, title 24 and panel schedules. Prepare Electrical design for data center, schools, portables, retails, housing complex, residential, hotels, motels, courthouse, healthcare, office, bottling facility, MTA transportation facilities, warehouse, sport complex, asphaltic concrete maker, RV storage, gymnasium, auditorium, parking structures, highways, theater, cell sites, mosque, mall, stores, automotive shop, gas stations with convenience store, paint shop, hangar, aerospace, museum, fire stations, USPS, Restaurants, and numerous high rise buildings with shell and tenant improvement. CADD and complete design of P&ID's, electrical instrumentation, heat trace, PLC control system, schematic, ladder diagram, and electrical details. Update as-built and construction drawings. Strong computer skills AutoCAD, Outlook, Word, RS Means estimates, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint. Interprets engineering drawings and facilitates correction of errors on drawings and documents identified during design process. Consult with sales engineer to obtain specialized information pertain to electrical equipment. Maintains records or oversees recording of information by others to ensure engineering drawings and documents are current.
