JOB DUTIES/EXPERIENCE: * Photographed & documented Garment/Model Fittings and Fit results, creating comments from 1st Fit thru Pre-Production and Production using Excel & Illustrator. * Input & Check specs & construction details on Tech - packs send spec details & revisions to various factories for 1st Fit Samples to be made, preformed garment and pattern corrections, reviewed & created Pattern Blocks, Inspect PP & TOP samples to be shipped. * Diagramming Pattern corrections and revised specs established grading and grade rules. * Created Grading and Specs reviewing and outlined art placements on samples for factories/production, supervised making of samples for construction correction. Regulated and maintained all safety standards and requirements. Reviewed sample for correct Print, Stripe Plaid, and Border placements & alignment pre & post production. * Communicating daily with international /overseas Factories. Following up e-mails, organizing & managing each Line, maintained detail record and tracking of all samples, ensured all deadlines/ship dates, due dates were met. * Communicated with in-house Designers, Production Dept. & Various Departments, to Maintained Design integrity. * Worked with Spec Techs. Licenses/companies, Wal-Mart US & Canada/Sears, attended & preformed Garment Fitting off site, facilitated corrections via Retail Link with Designers and Factories for Fit approvals. Created tech-packs and communicated with departments for final approvals. Maintain Designers concepts & met buyer's expectations and company style and product guide lines. * Supervised & coordinated sample room/sample hands, made 1st pattern & sample for showroom, sketched, draped, completed design sheets, basic office duties, selected fabrics/trims.
