My goal is to successfully coordinate both the technical and administrative details of any research assignment collaborating with the Principal Investigator to achieve study integrity and objectivity through the successful implementation and completion of protocols and procedures. Self-motivated achiever with over eight years' experience in different areas of research work including Human Participants in Research both for CITI and NIH ADCS studies, as well as Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) tests, maintaining high level of recruitment and retention for both past and present protocols. Attended clinical research courses and conferences to keep abreast of new discoveries on Alzheimer's disease and had been involved in interventional, investigation and quality of life trials. Constantly engaging in recruitment, retention of study participants and involve in community outreaches to create awareness on the risk factors for memory loss and Alzheimer's disease. Imbibe the tradition of ethics to clinical research especially when dealing with human life. A great team player with an effective communication skills as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Possess the ability to jug and multiple tasks in high-pressured environments. Demonstrate good interpersonal relationship maximizing productivity and team spirit. Experience in the reviewing and processing IRB protocol application, to get approval in order to implement protocol requirement for enrollment and retention of participants, follow up from start to finish. Over the past 11 years, have engaged in maintaining essential regulatory documents received from clinical trial Sponsors/CRO.
