SUMMARY Over 50 years experience and progressive responsibility in financial management with expertise in accounting, management, financial and performance auditing, budgeting, operational review as well as internal controls with emphasis on meeting OMB Circular A-123 requirements. I have extensive exposure and involvement in financial management, logistics management, procurement and contracting. Throughout my career, every assignment which I fully accomplished, required promoting integrity, efficiency, effectiveness and economy of operations, as well as preventing and detecting waste, fraud, abuse and mismanagement and identifying vulnerabilities and recommending practical solutions.
