Provided resource costing, budget allocation, requirements gathering and mapping. Provided experience in warehouse operations. * Provided SCM strategy to Ohio Department of Liquor to identify and dispose of $7M in obsolete inventory, established inventory and product management focus, increased turns from average 5 to 16. Provided vendor, organizational, and agency metrics measuring and reporting. * Successfully led 3PL distribution operation to company's #1 spot in revenue per square foot and 3 consecutive years of best overall in quality operations.
