Provides a point of escalation for national/international support issues. This includes prioritization of projects and document creation. Most importantly responding to and resolving all application issues and processes. Problem resolution involving the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools as well as multiple remote support options for users. Excellent skills working closely with Service Desk Deskside Support Engineering IT managers Infrastructure Procurement Office Services HR most importantly work as a team with the Senior IT Engineering team to ensure problems are identified and resolved effectively. Outstanding grasp of all Windows Operating Systems.
