SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Over 7 years of IT experience, including 4 years as Linux Systems Administrator in enterprise development, QA and production environments * Strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks * Meticulous attention to detail * Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems * Knowledge of change and risk management processes * A deep understanding of how hackers work and ability to keep up with the fast pace of change in the criminal cyber-underworld * Ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures * Vulnerabilities assessment testing with varieties of tools. * Making technical decisions associated with Cyber Security * Providing technical expertise to develop, manage and implement activities related to cyber security and IT policy compliance auditing * Proficient in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Systems Administration * Hands-on experience in RHEL systems installation, configuration and maintenance * A self-motivated, responsible and reliable team player with a set of strong technical skills * Excellent organizational and documentation skills * Hands-on experience in managing physical and virtual RHEL machines (on VMWare ESXi) * Experienced in maintaining RHEL user-based and host-based security * Hands-on experience on installing and configuring NFS server, Apache HTTP server, Apache Tomcat, SSH * Strong experience in information services risk assessment, IT Audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance projects for companies ranging in size from small to Fortune 100 * Experience in planning, coordinating, developing documentation and performing SOX Information Technology compliance (General IT Controls and Application Controls) work using both COBIT * Prepare and perform information technology risk assessments to identify and prioritize risks for management * Experience in documenting procedures, identifying risks and other associated controls to ensure compliance with SOX * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Very resourceful * Results-driven IT personnel with an established reputation for effectively working with diverse groups of people and adaptability to changing environments.
