Qualifications * 15+ years of experience in managing warehouse * Strong knowledge in receiving, quality control, MRB, inventory control, cycle counting, stockroom, kitting, assembly, FIFO stock rotations, planning, budgeting, shipping, delivery, distribution, logistics and traffic/transportation * Experienced in procedures and setting up cycle count system * Able to organize and put priority on meeting deadlines * Knowledgeable in warehouse optimization * Able to analyze data and reports * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Effective with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and maintaining accuracy * Experienced in auditing freight bills and resolving invoice problems with accounting * Individual contributor and proactive team leader with proven time management * Able to organize and maintain a safe and clean working environment as evident in DOT and OSHA regulations * Experienced in MRP/ERP system and IPICS certified, same as APICS * Experienced in transferring components from one ERP to another through assistance from IT and Finance * Aware of UPS, Fed-Ex, Airborne, and US Mail online shipping * Excellent skills in recruiting, hiring, training, developing and motivating warehouse staff * Strong knowledge of JIT concepts with ability of continuous process improvement methodologies and Bill of Materials * Excellent mathematical, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills * Able to ensure compliance with ISO procedures * Excellent people management and customer service skills * Experienced in domestic/international shipping, government shipments, customs and duty regulations, traffic/transportation and setting up carriers * Experienced in international shipments with HTS, Schedule B and ECCN * Able to make international shipping documents, such as commercial invoice, SLI, CO and NAFTA as required * Experienced in dealing with special customers for LC shipments * Knowledgeable in dealing with freight forwarders for both domestic and international freight negotiations * Experienced in managing bar coding inventory * Assist our internal finance team for our yearly audit with offsite auditors * Experienced in contract manufacturing industries * Strong knowledge of managing supply chain solutions/third party logistics/customer/ vendor RMA/finished goods inventory * Excellent training of forklift, electronic pallet moving and other equipment * Computer literate: Ask ManMan, Baan, Macola, Oracle, SAP, AS400, Great Plains, Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
