Accomplishments Senior Program/Project Manager (Agile) - Unemployment Modernization State of South Carolina (Feb -2017 - Current) State of Maryland (Nov 2015 - Jan 2017) Managing $80 Million, 5years Project for Modernization of Unemployment. This is a web based system, with all data and application residing on Cloud (Microsoft Azure). The core system is a COTS product which needing extensive enhancement. The following are the salient responsibility * Review and monitoring of over 500 Deliverable Documents (created by the Software Vendor) for completeness, quality, and timely submission * Review, monitoring, and mid-course correction of schedule and budget * Identification, Collection, Collation, Update, and finalization of all Requirements (both functional, and non-functional) * Conducting Fit-Gap Analysis to identify requirements that can be met out of the box, and those needing customization and major development efforts * Evaluation, upgrade, and enhancement of SQL Server database to meet all the requirements of the consortium * Data mapping of existing Legacy Data Source residing on Mainframe on DB2 & VSAM files. Data extraction, modification, and loading of Legacy data to the new system using ETL based tools * Design, Development, and Testing of enhancements, new interfaces, and new functionality using AGILE methodology with 18 iteration * Conducting User Acceptance Testing * User Training, System Deployment, and monitoring of system warranty * Close down Legacy Datacenter (Mainframe, & Window Servers) and migrate to Cloud based Virtual Datacenter * Evaluation, Installation, and Operation of NeoFraud (a Real Time Predictive Analytics proprietary tool) for identifying potential Fraudulent Unemployment Insurance Claims. However the tool can be, with due customization, be used in predicting future occurrences under various Business Applications Head of PMO and Senior Program/Project Manager
