My Objective is to secure full time teaching position or behavior specialist position which has stability and benefits for myself and spouse. I thrive on the fact that I have been blessed with the ability to reach, teach, and motive the population of students declared as at-risk . Ability Summary I have mulitple years teaching experience servicing students with special need on all grade levels and disabilities. I have also worked 20 years as an instructional assistant in learning enviroments from pre-school to high school which has afforded me a degree of on the job training which made my trasition into the field of traching a smooth trasition. My best attribute is under standing the needs of each student as an individual, at the same time understanding the each student will be requrierd to accure social skills which will allow them to interact with other individuals when required.
