ACCOMPLISHMENTS * Managed ERP (IFS) implementation projects at facilities in Monterey, Mexico and Santiago, Chile. * Managed and designed the implementation of a barcode Warehouse Management System in Burley, UK that was then deployed in other Bemis manufacturing facilities globally. * Led a team to manage the sale/transfer of the Bemis Extrusion division to a new molder by coordinating the transition of order processing, shipping, inventory, tooling, and production equipment from Bemis to the new molder for 2,000+ SKUs. * Managed multiple transitions to/from 3PL logistics operations - global. * Led cost reduction initiatives resulting in a savings more than $1M annually. Projects included exiting leased warehouse space, CHEP program improvements, inventory reduction, and reduced expedited freight costs.
