SUMMARY * Senior IT Management professional with 22+ years of experience spanning Global IT Services Delivery, Program/Project Management, Operations & General Management, Waterfall & Agile Processes, Quality Assurance, TechOps/DevOps and Infrastructure Project Management. * Over 17 of experience on end to end IT Project Management from Pre-Sales to Post-deployment for mid-to-large scale projects involving multiple systems, IT/ Technical Operations organizations in supporting worldwide enterprise infrastructure, business transformation, systems and applications services, delivery and continuous improvements having project portfolio budgets in the range of US$1-15 million. * Proven track record in managing Client expectations/Client Services Management and On/Offshore team management/delivery for Waterfall/Agile and Hybrid programs/projects * Proven Experience in delivering projects within scope, schedule, budget and on Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies to suit the business objectives * Experienced in managing and directing highly complex, large-scale, multi-project and application development/support teams. * Solid competencies in Coaching, Leadership Development, Teambuilding, Managing & Motivating IT resources. * Excellent understanding of process management, improvement practices, change management process and operational services * Possess the ability to negotiate, influence, recommend and mediate in a highly matrixed environment and communicate effectively with all levels of management * Experience in setting up the Overall & QA Operations, PMO Policies and Processes & Implementation of CMMI, member of TMMi review board, knowledge on RUP, ISO 9001, Agile, ITIL v3 and PMI PM Methodologies (PMP) * Demonstrated ability to work unsupervised, taking a proactive, goal-oriented approach, work under pressure to meet deadlines individually & in collaboration with other teams in any working environment/culture. * Strong background in Financial Services (Capital Markets/Investment), Investment Management, Stock Trading systems, Heath Care/ Insurance, Retail, eBilling and mobility Sales Force Automation Domains
