SUMMARY: Bob is an experienced consultant and business executive with over 20 years of experience in building and managing successful consulting practices. He has successfully provided strategic, operational, business transformation, risk management and performance improvement services to C suite executives at financial institutions, energy firms, and other Fortune 500 clients. He has held various senior positions with J.P. Morgan and top tier consulting firms including McKinsey, Deloitte, Towers Perrin and Price Waterhouse Coopers. As a Vice President at J. P. Morgan, he established and managed their strategic and financial risk advisory services to clients in the energy and banking sectors. After JP Morgan he was responsible for building successful financial advisory and risk management consulting practices at ERisk (a subsidiary of Oliver Wyman), Deloitte's Global Capital markets practice, Towers Perrin, and RW Beck. While attending graduate school, he was a research analyst for Alan Greenspan as a member of Townsend-Greenspan Associates, an economic analysis and advisory firm. Bob has a BS in Atmospheric Science from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from New York University. Recently he has published extensively on how companies can improve business performance and management through the application of risk management principles to strategic, operational, financial management and capital deployment decisions.
