After thirty years of working in higher education and coaching football for twenty eight years I intimately understand the value of mentoring students and providing academic advising as well as the role it plays in helping students to succeed. It is my belief that mentoring and academic advising are critical for the overall success of a student's ability to graduate, through individual attention and creating relationships it is my belief that academic and athletic success helps students create a vision for their future.
