My objective is to explore new opportunities in the Process Improvement field, leveraging my operational experience, Lean Six Sigma training, mentoring and communication skills with a company that values hard work and rewards performance. I was recently employed at a transactional based company that has had a successful Process Improvement department in place for over 10 years. Having been part of the leadership team for this department the last 8 years has given me the experience I believe you are looking for. Additionally, I have recently received my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certificate from Villanova as well as having prior certifications as a Green Belt and Lean Master from BMG (Breakthrough Management Group).
