Negotiated * Managed administrative staff and delegated responsibilities to new and current employees following a merger promoted to Lead Marketing Assistant in January of 2012. * Primary marketing/research assistant to a designated team of 10+ industrial and office tenant representation brokers in the Seattle Office. * Responsible for training new hires to the Seattle Office and delegating various tasks in order to complete projects timely and efficiently. * Responsible for producing client deliverables including proposal comparisons, financial analyses, placemats and pitch books. * Managed database of industrial and office properties on websites including: CoStar, CBA, Loopnet and Officespace.com. * Managed commission splits and processed invoices and payments to close out lease transactions totaling over $10MM. * Used ExactTarget and CRM to create and distribute weekly property/land e-mail marketing blasts to the Seattle/Bellevue brokerage community (over 500 recipients). on behalf of both Regus and potential clients to provide the most cost-effective personalized solution for full-time part-time or virtual office space generated approximately $90,000 worth of revenue from September - November 2010. * Outstanding performance and 50% conversion rate on self-generated leads.
