To assist in the accomplishment of a major strategic objective of an international engineering and manufacturing company including developing and launching a new product, launching a new manufacturing facility, entering a new market with a new plant and product, or restructuring an existing business and implementing LEAN business practices to significantly improve operational and financial performance.
Accomplishments
Highlights:
Have contributed to the product development of Light Vehicles (e.g. - Chrysler Mini-van, KIA Sportage), Off-highway mining and construction equipment (i.e. Volvo Loaders and Haulers), and commercial trucks components (i.e. Rockwell axles and brakes and Horton fans and clutches). Have managed one of the world's largest iron foundries (ThyssenKrupp Waupaca) and led a Ford/ZF transmission joint venture to produce conventional and continuously variable transmissions.Companies I like:
