Summary * Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables, vendor evaluation, development and follow-up, internal audit and documentation. * Submit periodic reports to senior management of the both sides (client and employer). * Effective communication skills, decision-making ability, organizational skills. * Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client. Raise Change Orders and invoices, and responsible for payment collections. * Planning and scheduling for project preparing project schedules / plans for smooth execution of projects within the time and cost parameters. * An Engineer with nearly 14 years of comprehensive experience in Design, Tool Design, New Product Design & Sustaining, Project Management. * Acquired strong knowledge in manufacturing of Machined Components, fabrication, Stamping tool and injection molding tool design, Jigs & Fixtures Design. * Involved in Enclosure design for CNC machine, Reverse Engineering, Design optimization, Design of Special purpose machines, Evaluation/Validate of developed products/tools (lab test). * DFM, DFA, FMEA, GD&T, Six Sigma, Layouts, tolerance Stake-up analysis. * Conversant with ASTM Std. API, ASME, AISI. Reverse engineering of office furniture's (Client Responsibilities 3D Modeling and Drawings creation for offshore pipe handling equipment, Design Support for the 3 senior engineers located in Norway, Worked in Norway for 3 months to support the design engineer's team, GD&T Projects 3D modeling and manufacturing drawing creation for Pipe Handler, Dolly Trolley, Airflex Brake protection Frame (Client: Aker Solutions, Norway) HMI U.S.A)
