PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY Thirty five years of experience in design, project engineering and management of offshore oil and gas production facilities. Experience includes development of MFDs, process safety flow diagrams, SAFE charts, equipment layouts, safety equipment location plans, specification and selection of production and utility equipment, preparation of general specifications, HAZOPs and risk assessments, and construction support. Additionally, approximately ten years of experience on petro-chem, onshore production facilities and pipeline projects.
