SUMMARY I am a specialized and certified Oracle Database Administrator Consultant who has a breath of over 24 years of experience in developing and creating robust solutions and products for small and large Oracle-based ISO 20071 ISMS Lead Auditor The 24 projects all vary around E.R.P and acquisitions database systems such as: Oracle Federal Financials (O.F.F), Oracle E-Business Suites (E.B.S), Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (O.B.I.E.E), Oracle Financials ERP/ASCP, Hyperion, PRISM Contract Management System, etc. As Technical Manager for Oracle Corp, I was sent to over a dozen on-site locations in order to help fix a multitude of COTS centric issues which were incurred by Oracle clients. KEY COMPETENCE Oracle Federal Financials 10.7, 11.5, 12.1.3 Oracle E-Business Suites (E.B.S) 10.7, 11.5, 12.1.3 Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (O.B.I.E.E) Hyperion project management cloud system named Avsara. I carried out the entire ITSM lifecycle while on the development of this software. The cloud-base OLTP tracking suite with the following modules time tracking (through input fields) expense tracking task management cost tacking billing/invoicing budget tacking client based approval process client based resource planning client based corporate branding data integration real time reporting and compliance. I designed the end user dashboard so that it is completely customizable as per the needs trends and data requirements of the client. I am also responsible for supporting oracle ebusiness suite. My team is responsible for opertaion and maintanance of oracle ebusiness suite. We are responsible for Operations and Maintanance including patching production monitoring production support clonning performance tunning and technical support to team of users. Our team is using OEM and others tools for continous service improvement of oracle ebs suite 12.1.5. Also working on upgrade to 12.2.5 The OLTP application was a robust system which allowed for near-real time data loading this was done by utilizing trickle feed ETL jobs which would update small amounts of data. I ensured that customized fields were set into the system in order to allow the system to be optimized. And therefore would allow the system to be highly available and allow for the system to live-update information for the client. I fulfilled the OLTP security needs by having implemented dual access controls and multi-tier authentication in order to ensure a highly secured OLTP environment. There was a comprehensive ITIL and ISO best practice service operation place which called for rigorous data segregation on every aggregate tier. This OLTP system was created to accommodate large business and a large number of user transactions. Using ITIL best practices I lead the development team through testing validating issue resolution continuity management and production environment integration. Worked on creating maintaining and refreshing of Ebs/Database Test environment/instances including peer to peer review of Test Planning Test data creation Test monitoring defect management Test documentation etc. These include test configuration management change management testing code migration including automation tools.
