Summary: * Sandra is experienced at writing contracts, statements of work and working with Legal to customize where neede and in negotiating Marketing, Finance and HR services sourcing and contracts and as contracts negotiator of Master Services Agreements and Subscription Agreements and successfully negotiated and completed over 220 contracts (including purchase orders as contracts) of various types and categories mostly Time and Materials, Lump Sum and Not to Exceed. * Having 20+ year's experience writing Statements of Work for various facility, IT and marketing services and using both boiler plates and freestyle and in writing SOW's with description of services, deliverables and acceptance criteria and experienced in working with business unit and accounting to develop payment terms such as net payment days, invoicing terms, and invoice delivery (such as EDI). * Experienced in Managed marketing services purchase requisition compliance and participated in creating orders for advertising services and short term through enforcing compliance terms and negotiations with Consultants. * Proficient in reviewing clinical services requisitions and assisted with some Statements of Work and supporting both the research and commercial manufacturing operations team with compliance and contract management services. Kept SOW's and agreements current.
