Familiarity with Network Protocols: HTTP HTTPS TCP/IP UDP STP VTP VLAN BGP EIGRP OSPF RIP DHCP FTP TFTP VRRP HSRP SSH Telnet SSLVPN IPsec MPLS. * Hands-on experience in installing and troubleshooting Cisco routers, switches, ASA and IPS/IDS. * Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN Systems, Inter-VLAN Routing and Trunking, IP Internetworking, Gateway Redundancy, Nat and Switch Security. * Troubleshooting and modifying Palo Alto network platforms, implementing zone-based firewalls and security rules on Palo Alto firewalls. * Excellent experience in configuration, troubleshooting, monitoring Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA 55xx), Palo Alto firewall and Penetration Test, Information gathering (certified CCNP Security and CEH). * Excellent experience with network analyzer tools like Wireshark to troubleshoot network issues. * Extensive experience managing small and large-scale LAN projects, mostly involving Switch and Router replacements, upgrades, cabling for servers in the data center. * Strong analytical, control skills, high work standards and attention to detail. * Excellent documentation skills worked on creating Network diagrams. * Deliver business services and reduce IT expenditures resulting in organizational realignment, system refinement and significant cost savings. * Analytical and logical thinker exercises independent judgment and decision-making abilities in establishing technical standards, ensuring adherence, and in evaluating technology problems and creating manageable solutions. * Conduct site surveys, reports and documentations. * Excellent team player and self-starter with excellent communication skills.
