SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS I am an experienced professional manager with years of practical oversight and a strong background in operational performance, customer service, call centers, management and staff development, budgeting, tracking key point indicators, sales and marketing, promotions, training development and instructing, as well as properties, facilities and maintenance experience. In my roles working for smaller regional airlines, I have had to wear many hats. As such, I have led departments and divisions at all levels of management. I am a problem solver who has worked in many capacities while working with and through individuals. I have performed multiple management functions while focusing on customer service, training, staff development, product delivery, and accountability. Additionally, with my operational duties I have initiated and overseen many properties, facilities and maintenance projects. This includes the opening of over 70 new cities for airlines, each requiring tenant improvements and ongoing maintenance requirements. I also have extensive retail experience as owner and operator of an Ace Hardware store.
