SUMMARY OF ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE: Over twenty years design, design management, construction and overseas project experience in the infrastructure, highway bridge, interchange, power plant, heavy industrial, institutional, commercial buildings, marine project, water treatment facilities, LNG, petrochemical, etc. Lead small to medium size teams in coordinating civil/structural efforts and keeping the team focused on scope, schedule and budget, as well as sharing packages for interoffice execution support. Producing designs with efficient use of construction materials with an overall emphasis on ease of construction and completed project to meet the expectations of the client. Knowledgeable of seismic and wind load conforming to ASCE structural standards, AISC, UBC, ACI318, AASHTO, LRFD, ASD, API, ASTM, PCA, IBC, TxDOT industrial standard and design codes. Eight (8) years field engineering experiences on construction management and site engineering support. Checked and commented shop drawings. Conducted periodic fabrication shop visits and submit reports, Performed construction walk-downs throughout the day, provided the construction engineer with Field Engineering support and detailed sketches. Provided project engineer with inputs for construction planning and scheduling.
