Dr. Bublak has over 25 years of experience working with the Department of Defense and Federal agencies within the continental United States and abroad. She is DAWIA and FAI Level III Certified in Contracting and Procurement and Level I in Program Management. She designs, develops, and delivers an on-line, instructor-led, and distance learning courses in support of federal certification. She has experience as a Program Evaluator Lead, Modality Specialist, Change Agent, and Distant Learning Specialist serving on virtual Program Advisory Councils colleges. Dr. Bublak is enrolled in an ISD&T Certification program through Walden University and due for completion in September.
