Career Highlights * Minimized cost and time of goods to store. Implemented prepacks (0-60% within 1 year) and DTC/Replenish opportunity. Reduced time to stores by 5 days and increased volume within DC by 50%. * Reduced cost in #1 selling pant by over $2M/year by reviewing countries of origin, trim components, and vendor compliance. Increased margin from mid-60% to 70% in 1 season. * Decreased cost of #1 woven shirt by changing vendor base and counter sourcing fabric and trims. Built India and Vietnam as production bases which grew margin by over 5% and decreased cost by over $1.00 per garment. Achieved over 78% IMU. * Onboarded 2 graphic vendors to shift business from market driven to direct. Increased overall Mark-Up by 5% while reducing Average Units Cost by $2.00, and reducing lead-time by 5 weeks. * Managed and aligned fabric development for each season.
