SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS - Maintain operation of Audio Visual equipment - Troubleshoot complex system problems and come up with workarounds when systems fail - Provide high level support to users - Design, setup, operation, and take down of special events - Provide documentation of system status, failures, issues, potential problems, workarounds, repairs, and recommendations on all equipment, clients, vendors, and other departments that interact with the Audio Visual department - Follows, enforces and restructures departmental policies and standards - Responds to failed equipment, lack of knowledge, and people not knowing what they are doing calls, emails, and text messages - Operate sound and lighting consoles for live bands. DJ's and special events - Proficient in Crestron video and audio control, Mondo, Symon Digital Displays, NEC displays, Elation video systems, iPads for Audio Visual control, Mosaic lighting control, Prescriptive background music control, DirecTV, Comcast, portable systems, and Shure wireless systems - Understanding and enforcement of Audio Visual best practices despite budget constraints - Processes data through the computer on a daily basis in accordance with defined and undefined procedures including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and One Note - Interacts with vendors for support, repair, and service needs regarding equipment, programming, issues, and ordering supplies on an as needed basis - Update equipment software and hardware to current versions based on use and need to successfully run shows - Research and program displays to include all active sporting events as well as accommodating customer requests - Trained and experience in Vista Advanced, PD Coms NEC Software, London Architect, Final Cut Pro, Ableton, Logic Pro X, and Photo Shop - Extensive touring and local experience as: - FOH, System, and Monitor Engineer - Fly Guy with many speaker systems and Stage Technician - FOH and Monitor Tech - Crew Chief - Outstanding people skills and client interaction - Extremely punctual and dependable - Great organizational skills - Stage manager, tour manager, and production manager experience - Comprehensive knowledge of live recording - Full working and maintenance knowledge of audio electronics and consoles - Experience in system tour preparation and design - System design and implementation specialist - Oversee shop work flow and processes - Assess situations and potential issues and devise plans for a smooth work flow on site while keeping the client informed as to progress - Develop new and innovative ways to improve show flow and prep in shop - Complete working and problem solving experience of PC and MAC systems - Thorough experience with all analog and digital consoles - Ability to work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously - Union and non-union crew experience - Extensive experience with most system processors especially Lake and XTA
