Profile I am a highly motivated individual with more than 35 years' experience gained in an aerospace Design, Manufacturing and maintenance engineering environment, who enjoys the challenge of achievement and the pressures generated by time, cost and quality constraints. A team player, I communicate effectively at all levels. I started life as an Air force A & P engineer where amongst other skills I gained experience as a team leader, mentor and problem solver. For the past 13 years I have held positions for Lockheed Martin of increasing responsibility beginning as the Aircraft Maintenance Support Manager progressing to Engineering Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager then finally the aircraft special support projects manager on a sustaining engineering program for a deployed reconnaissance system in South Korea. As well as being responsible for capture of new business I was responsible for the all engineering planning, execution and cost control when the capture became a program.
