ACCOMPLISHMENTS Program Management: * Led $40M program to design, construct, and test seven types of construction vehicles for Add-on-Armor. Completed initial acceptance of fourteen vehicles in less than three months. * Managed $110M program to transfer ownership of the Presidio of San Francisco from the US Army to the Department of the Interior. Introduced a landmark solution that successfully resolved deadlocked negotiations and set a precedent for future base closures. Change Management: * Restructured Multifunctional Support Battalion Logistics Operations. Consolidated functions and realigned supply movements to 31 remote sites across 5,600 square miles in the Sinai Peninsula to affect a 15% reduction in staff. * Appointed as the Joint Staff representative on the Theater Mission Defense Group that saved $2B over the DOD's Five-Year Plan by restructuring the long-term planning for the strategic defense forces.
