Description
Worked with mainframes apps and any government apps. Worked with PCs' hardware. Server's hardware. Install and support old to latest MS OS and MS Offices. Work with software programmers to meet and compatible with MS OS and hardware. Pull cat6 cables and assist set up routers. Worked on all devices that connecting PCs such as big all in one copiers of all brand names such as Xerox, Konica Minolta and set up email server to scan to email box or to network folder, installed all drivers for all devices such as local printers and scanners to PCs and servers. Repair printers and scanners on sites. Updates all software and work with everyone in IT department and resolve issues by root caused. Please all customers with right on time manner and in fast environment.
