Description
Summary I'm a UX researcher with three years of experience conducting qualitative research-including interviews, focus groups, observations, and usability tests-to diagnose user pain points and inform the design of impactful solutions. I've extensively tested design improvements with large-scale A/B tests and I currently lead a team of five user researchers on projects improving the UX of NYC government programs and processes. I'm a Teach For America alum with degrees from Princeton, Fordham, and the University of Utah.
