Bruce is an experienced IT professional with years of documented successful experienced. He has led IT departments in multiple industries, exhibiting effective technology decision making, business acumen and financial accountability. He is versatile, with demonstrated successes in creating and executing technology strategies that align with the goals of business where he serves. With a passion for people, mentoring and knowledge sharing, Bruce is committed to collaboration at all levels of interaction. Bruce began his career in the military. After being honorably discharged he went to work for Titan Corporation filling several roles. He led several classified DOD contracts and also functioned as the Manager of Information Technology in the DC metro. Since that time Bruce has served in positions with progressively higher levels of responsibility; financial institutions, medical non-profit, higher education, and retail / restaurant. The combination of these roles and experiences have created a unique vantage point too few organizational challenges and opportunities. One of the most satisfying opportunities was as the first Director of IT for the International Spy Museum in DC. At the same time Bruce held the Director of Security, Director of Facilities and for a short time assisted in managing the guest services role. He is driven, a self-motivated team focused leader with hands-on experience and all levels of management. Bruce strongly supports realistic actionable initiatives that leverage the strength of the organization and the IT staff.
