SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Over 2 years of solid experience in material science application. * Personable problem solver with excellent analytic and teamwork skills in production/manufacturing. * Implemented laboratory procedures and operating procedures, prepared and evaluated microstructural characteristics of metallurgical samples, consisting mainly of carbon and stainless steels, cast iron, aluminum alloys, and some nickel and titanium alloys to ensure high levels of quality control. * Interfaced with the customers, other departments, and vendors for system upgrades and product updates. * Provided valuable consulting services, investigated customer claims performed metallurgical investigations to determine the root cause. * Familiar with standard ISO/IEC 17025:2005 and standard ISO/IEC 9001-9002:2008. * Strong background with universal tensile strength, as well as creep, fatigue, impact, bending and rapture tests, and experience measuring hardness in Brinell, Rockwell and Vicers (HRC, HRA, HB, V). * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite Optical Microscope (OM) Familiar with and ability to interpret the results of: Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Tunneling Electron Microscope (TEM), and X-Ray Diffraction (XRD). * Fluent in English and Farsi. * Clearance: US Citizen
