SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS Committed and current QA Manager with 19 years experience in a processing/manufacturing environment in dairy processing. Extensive understanding of process control systems for HTST, UHT, ESL, and Low Acid Aseptic processing and filling technologies. Thorough understanding of voluntary dairy HACCP program. Also experience in the manufacture and packaging of restaurant condiments in small portion containers. Currently working in a USDA Plant under USDA FSIS inspection as a Quality Assurance Manager which also manufactures FDA product under Seafood HACCP guidance. Looking for an opportunity to return to my dairy roots in a production environment.
