Accomplishments: Since arriving I took over a group of technicians on 2nd shift that was behind on the 52 week PM plan. I implemented a plan to help the team catch up and keep up with the company maintenance plan in place. Using strategic planning I also help develop the skills of technicians helping them get stronger in areas that they were weak in by providing coaching and improvement plans. I help oversee a multi- million dollar AS/RS system the company put into place during my service. I completed a Crisplant S2000 controls and electrical training course during my service to help better with advance PLC trouble shooting and electrical trouble shooting from a management position. I was in charge of a 13 week project to upgrade the company's online capabilities to help with the online advance development to keep up with the online demand. Skills Used: Leadership skills, Military training provided to me, Attention to detail, Blueprint reading, PLC trouble shooting, knowledge in government practices and laws, OSHA10 certifications in safety training.
