SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS * Global Resource Planning and Management with focus on moving from reactive to data-driven and proactive for an IT Organization in the size of 200+ resources * Lead software engineering teams through new technology selection as well as multiple and frequent iterative release cycles.
